Shipping costs apply per order. We deliver to every country you can select at checkout. You’ll see the amount in your local currency in your cart and at checkout before you place your order.
When delivery time starts
Delivery time starts the day after the contract is concluded or, if you pay in advance, the day after you initiate the payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the delivery address.
Shipping and tracking
All orders ship from Germany. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email. You can check its status anytime under “Track your order”.
Customs and import charges
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes and carrier fees may apply. They are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are paid by you. The carrier usually collects them on delivery.
Damaged parcel
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please report it to the carrier right away and let us know. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights; it simply helps us claim the damage from the carrier.
